Does any one know how to root a cutting from a camelia tree? Or can you plant the seed that comes off the tree

Air layering a green branch.. Cut a notch half way into a green branch wrap it with something to hold water -- peat moss is popular then wrap the peat moss with clear plastic wrap to hold the moisture in. if all goes well in 4 weeks roots will develope there at the notch and you can cut the branch off roots and all and plant it.

It will root in water.
