Can i move a camelia bush?

Yes you can, I moved one last year and it has been great this year with loads of flowers.

I dug a really big hole to put it into and lined it with horse manure and mushroom compost, (any organic matter will do, this is to retain moisture and give it a good feed). I took up as much of the root system as I could and placed it in the hole, followed by a good dousing with water and then back filled with soil. Over the following few months I made sure it didn't dry out.

Good luck.

Can i move a camelia bush?
Yes , but make sure you get the whole root system don't cut them , make sure you water it well and give it some miracle grow for shock after being moved.
