Reply:I think Kamar sounds like a gay man's name.

Are you quite certain.....

How old you think i must merried?i have 25,no boyfriend.?
Um...spelling and grammar... what did you say? At any rate, get married when you want. It's your life.
Reply:Well I wouldn't worry about it at only 25.

Just make sure that you get enough shore leave to find a boyfriend.
Reply:Now is about the right time to start dating.. 26-28 is about right for marriage. Because after 30, the risks associated with having a baby is very much higher.
Reply:Hi there

The ideal age range for me is from 26 to 33. But it really does depend on the mental age of the individual and of course the person you are going to marry. Lots of things keep a marriage together. Love is the biggest bond but there are others.

Reply:I don't think age matters really. Not like it used to years ago. My parents married at 20 but that's not very normal nowadays and waiting in your mid thirties is not out of the ordinary. You get married when you meet the right person and the time feels right. That's about it really. Only you know when it feels right but don't put added pressure on yourself. 25 is no age at all.
Reply:DONT WORRIE be HAPPY.
Reply:There is no age on getting married. One day you will meet the right person %26amp; before you know it you will be married.Good Luck
Reply:spell check
Reply:No rush to get married.

Maybe you should try to have a boyfriend first. Or girlfriend (can't make assumptions these days).

Look for someone you WANT to spend your life with, don't get so desperate you settle for anyone who will have you.
Reply:ages won't matter when it comes to marriage or partner as long as you still nice in bed in doing sex.
Reply:You are too young! Just be patient!
Reply:Do whatever you WANT to do!!

I'm not married and older than you - and my other female friend is older than me and MUCH happier without a man complicating her life!!

Best of luck!
Reply:What you on about?
Reply:there is no age limit to getting married ,you have to be alive and there has to be somebody that says --I do .

that is all that is needed
Reply:I don't know where you are from, but I noticed that English isn't your first language. My friend was telling me that when she was in America she read somewhere that a woman of 102 was marrying a man of 96, so you have your whole life in order to get married. Also in the next decade I think women will be starting their families in their fifties, once our societies have got over ageism. Scientist say it is possible to delay the menopause or stop it completely, so you will not even have to worry about when you should have children.

I personally would say that 25 is far to young to even think about marriage, I don't know if in your country people get married young, but where I am from it is getting later and later and it will continue to do so. Also so many people just cohabitate these days, they don't even bother getting married because these days there is so much divorce it is hardly worth it.

So you are still young, think about having fun and boy friends but you certainly don't have to think about a long term relationship yet.
Reply:There is no age limits for getting married. Dont push to hard in looking for one...who knows...some dude might drop in front of u. Marriage will come when u both think it's the right time. Other then that...just be happy...and since ur working on a passenger ships...u sure will meet lots of guys there...gd luck and cheer up!
Reply:sorry cannot help looks like have long way to go
Reply:Im 28 and not married.Theres more to life than marriage.Be independent, have a life and when you are ready it will happen !
Reply:have you heard of GED?? enroll in that program first, before you worry about a husband
Reply:this day and age, that's normal. i don't plan on marrying until i have a well established career, somewhere in my mid 30's or so.
Reply:as people are living far longer these days i read yesterday somewhere that 60 is the new 40 so people are not keen on marrying early and enjoying their younger years .whatever happens i would not rush into marrying as you have to find the right person otherwise you could end up with a boring marriage with someone you hate. personally i dont care if i ever marry I'm a 27 year old male and the word commitment makes me feel like running straight into the sunset
Reply:hello camelia,come to me i will marry u
Reply:hi, thats an interesting question! lol! 20/F wondering the same thing... holla back

How did my rose bushes cross pollinate?

I have 3 bushes about 5 feet from each other and all of whom are near a camelia. One is a regular type long stem, bush variety, purple/pink in color. One is a climbing, cluster, english type rose, white in color. Then I have one that is also a climber but of long stem variety, red in color. I moved the long stem climber to a trellis on the front of the house but left the other (white %26amp; purple) where they are. Otherwise the white %26amp; purple had been in ground together for 2 years and the red was there for about a year before I moved it. This is where I get confused. The roses are all doing great, a little black spot but nothing that cant be handled; growing like crazy. Well I noticed that off of a new shoot my white cluster was budding red roses! Not only that but my long stem red had a single white bud on it albeit alot smaller than its normal bud. I waited to see what I thought would be red english type roses bloom but instead what bloomed was a rose more like a shrub rose but not....

How did my rose bushes cross pollinate?
those who tell you about rootstock are right on the money.... get rid of the odd rose branch clear down to where it comes from on the plant or it will take over and your 'good' rose will die..... note that the leaves are a little different and the stem is a little different and there's more or less thorns on that odd color rose.... then keep watch on the plant for any that pop up again.....

the rootstock roses can be nice, but that's not what you paid for, right?.... here's a picture of the red rootstock that's used a lot... Dr.Huey...look like your red one?..

http://hgic.clemson.edu/factsheets/hgic1...

white ones could come from this kind of stock.. the multiflora wild roses....

http://www.frontiernet.net/~indiancreek/...

these rootstocks give the upper plant a lot more 'grow-ability', so they are a good thing.... just not what you want to see in your rose garden if you grow 'hybrid teas'..... *smile*........
Reply:Mother nature is very clever, enjoy your roses whatever the colour
Reply:Bees! =) My yellow Roses had a touch of Red last year - from my red Climbing Rose. =)
Reply:Bees do that free of charge. But, it usually takes a few years.
Reply:Two thoughts.......but first I'm not sure exactly where this changling happened. If it is coming from low down, like from the ground, then what you are seeing is the root stock. Most modern roses are grafted onto a more vigorous root stock. The grower (you) must be mindful of any new growth that comes from below this graft as it is the root variety which is almost always more vigorous than the top selected variety and will eventually overrun the top. One of the most used root stock is Dr. Huey with is a red climber. Remedy is to dig down and remove the sucker back where it originated below.

The second thought is you have a sport.......that is a mutation. This occurs within the plant. Not surprisingly, this is how many new roses came into being. The sport or mutation was vegetatively propagated to make sure it remained steady and didn't revert back to the original plant. If steady and deemed worthy for production, a new rose was born. However, sometimes insect feeding can cause some weird miscoloring either directly or by passing on a virus into the plant.

Mostly I'm thinking you are getting suckers up through your plant. Time to get down to ground level and dig around and see who is from the roots and who is from the graft.
Reply:just enjoy the bonus. it happens spontaneously sometimes. it usually takes years to see blooms though.

however, from what you describe I suspect the following has occurred.

A lot of roses are not grown on their own roots but are grafted onto a hardier wild ( shrub type!) rose.

I suspect you are getting shoots that are coming from that rootstock and this is what you are seeing.

If you like them then let it be.
Reply:This is nothing to do with cross-pollination. That would result in brand new plants growing from seed -- not shoots of a different color on the same plant.

It is likely that, like most cultivated roses, the plants are grafted onto roots from a different type. The roots of some cultivated roses are weak so breeders graft them onto strong wild roots to make them grow better. Check where the new growth is coming from. if it is from below the ground level or below the graft junction you are getting the flowers from the root. Cut it off! It will grow more strongly than the cultivated roes and eventually kill it.

Scaring off birds in our trees?

We have a very old Camelia tree and was so excited to see it flower since we bought our new house, however our excitement turned to frustration as the local Butcher Birds started to eat all the new flowers. Now it looks like a mess of half eaten flowers. How can we scare them away. Will hanging shiny things off the branches help?

Scaring off birds in our trees?
That is the way of wildlife. God didn't just make the trees and flowers for us he also made them for the animal kingdom....and they eat them.

If you choose to disrupt the ability for the birds to feed on the trees I would suggest a couple of things. Buy some life like rubber snakes and hang them in the trees making sure that they don't blow out in the wind.

I dont know which name to choose! Some opinions please!?

I think i am pregnant, and it will be a really happy time for me. Me and my fiance wrote some names down but i cant decide, i am not even sure i found the perfect name. What do you think?

GIRLS:Abril, Angel, Beatrice, Camelia,

Clearice, Brianna, Karina, Kayla, Kacy, Karla

BOYS: Anthony, Cezar, Cristian, Alexis, Kevin, Diego, Julio, Fernando,ROBERT.

I dont know which name to choose! Some opinions please!?
I notice that you have ROBERT in caps... is that the favored name?... or dads name...? I also notice you have a few latino names in the boys names... Robert could then be Roberto...

Angel could be Angelita. My great grandmother wanted my gramma to name my mom Clarice or Clarece. My gramma didn't like the name, so compromised to Carol...though greatG still called her Clarece. My neighbor's daughter is Kacie (Kacie Anne) She just gave birth a few months ago... her daughter is Maddison. Such a cutie!

Out of your list, I like:

Girl: Brianna

Boy: Anthony... (although I like Antonio better)

Either way, it's you both that need to be happy with what you choose. I'm sure whichever it will be, will be perfect. If you are pregnant, which I hope you are... Congratulations to you both %26amp; good luck %26amp; fun choosing a name!

(My brothers %26amp; I all have the same 3 initials in our names... my brothers names are Kevin %26amp; Kris...mine also starts with a K...but it's a Hawaiian name. Middle names start w/K...last names start w/K)
Reply:Oh dear god. Please tell me that Abril is just a typo for April. I am not a fan of naming children after months of the year, but naming her after a month in Spanish? Que lastima!

Clearice? Did you mean Clarice? I really hope so. I can just see all of the Clear ice jokes forming now.

I cannot even fathom Cezar! Because using an "s" is just too common? (note heavy sarcasim)

Camelia is a very pretty name for a girl and Fernando is a nice strong name for a boy as is Anthony.

Good luck.
Reply:I like brianna and Anthony there unique.
Reply:I'm not crazy about any of the girl's names. I would pick Kevin or Diego for a boy.
Reply:um thnking brianna or kayla or karla and if a boy... anthony or robert wat ever u do dont go with julio... people will call him a border hopper
Reply:i think Beatrice and kayla are nice for gurls

and

for buys

i think Kevin and Cezar

is nice =)

cheers!,
Reply:kacy and cristian or anthony
Reply:I quite like Beatrice. Beatrice Abril is a nice combination. I'm not wild about Karina, but Kerensa/Karensa is a similar name that is really quite uncommon and interesting.

For a boy, I'd use Diego. Diego Anthony has some real flair. Anthony Diego is nice, too.

Good luck!
Reply:what about Beyonca for a girl? otherwise i like katrina and kevin or anthony
Reply:i like kevin for the boys =] its a great name
Reply:First off, CONGRATS! Alright, now that I have that out of my system...hmmm...lemme think.

For a girl, I choose....Kacy. All the rest just seem too common to me. I live in NY and I know too many Angels and Camelias and Karlas, etc. I really love the name Kacy.

For a boy, I choose...Robert. For the same reason as with Kacy. Its a nice name.

So overall, I've come up with Kacy and Robert. I hope you have a wonderful pregnancy.
Reply:Out of the girl names I only like Beatrice. Brianna, Karina, Kayla and Kacy are kind of artificial. They sound like stage names for mediocre pop singers (IMO).

For boys, Anthony, Alexis and Kevin are good. Cezar is a terrible name especially when it's misspelled (even intentionally).
Reply:kayla or Beatrice for a girl

kevin or robert for a boy

they are cute names
Reply:I like: Kevin, Robert, Brianna, Karina

Do you mean Claurice? If so, that name is nice too.

I vote no to Angel and Cezar
Reply:Well all the names are kinda stupid but i have some names:

GIRLS: Autumn,Lori,Kaila,Dominque,Wynter,Summer... BOYS: Jwan,Wayne,Kevin,Deago,Simon,Dameon,Donn...

Thats all!
Reply:Karina and Cezar !
Reply:I like Brianna for a girl.
Reply:Kayla and Kevin. Nice, normal, non-made up names
Reply:Brianna and Kevin
Reply:Girls: Kayla or Kacy

Boys: Christian, kevin, or robert

ideas:

Christian Robert

Kayla Karina

Kayla Beatrice

Kacy Camelia

Kevin Robert
Reply:find out the meaning of these names and see how it corresponds to with you and your husband name for instance my name means to be victorious with strenth and both of my kids names have meanings that are similar
Reply:Girls: I like Camelia and Brianna the most of the list..

Boys: I don't really care that much for any of them but Cristian would be my favorite.
Reply:Abril, Beatrice, clearice, Cezar (salad), fernando are not good choices.

the rest are okay tho.

The noose is begining to replace the Elephant as the symbol of the National Socialist Party
Reply:Why is 6 people beating 1 person not a hate crime or attempted murder. All people in the united states have to right to express themselves no matter how stupid they are.
Reply:I agree with you. I think as a whole our society has come along way, but as recent events have shown we have aways to go yet. But regardless of how far we advance there will always be a few ignorant, bigots, racists and uneducated people in the country and the world. But more and more the vast majority of all races, including whites are speaking out against this idiotic and harmful conduct.

Know anything about camellias with tea scale (my leaves are infested with bugs i guess)?

well anyways my camellia is sick and i am trying to save its life. well i planted 2 camellias in the ground last year. and they didnt do well. one died and the other i planted in a pot until i get it healthy. all the leaves that the plant were not in good shape. well now for the past month its been gettting better. the new leaves which only a few are nice and silky looking and smooth as for the others leaves they have some specks covered under the leaves. i was able to wipe it off with a wet wash cloth. i found out it was caused by bugs mites etc. i do water my plants at night which i am stopping as of theis moment. but everry morning there is spider web that keeps appearing on to the camelia. what can i do to help and prevent this problem. can i go ahead and clean the leaves with a wash cloth and cut the camellia down ? it seems it doesnt grow at all i know they are slow growers i think the bugs are attacking it too much. what can i do to help it? if you know web sites that can help

For making Green Tea with Lemon, is it better to use the flesh of the lemon, or the lemon rind ?

I have read articles suggesting that the Vitamin C in citrus fruits (such as lemon) can improve\increase the benefits of Tea ...(tea= Camelia Sinensis - not herbal teas).

For making Green Tea with Lemon, is it better to use the flesh of the lemon, or the lemon rind ?
Use a slice of lemon and you'll get some vitamin C from this. Enjoy!!
Reply:Hi, I wouldn't use the rind of the lemon unless you are buying organic lemons.

What else should I include on this website, http://www.hometradingsolution... to make it more useful?

I have built this website http://www.hometradingsolutions.com and reached a point where I am blocked. I don’t know what information I should include on the left column. In the right column I included Google ads. What are your suggestions? Thank you, Camelia

What else should I include on this website, http://www.hometradingsolution... to make it more useful?
Possible a "live" or "updating" home owners seeking homes in different parts of the country: person or persons seeking home or homes in CA, willing to trade for home or homes in WV etc.

Kind of like a revolving door showing persons that are looking, and person whom have made trades. Show images of inside of some of these home.. slide show effect.
Reply:1. The Header is too large. Consider using your web real-estate more efficiently ( use a 125 px header max )

2. Use HTML and CSS rather than your images for the navigation. Millions still use dial up. Learn how to style your HTML here: www.w3schools.com

3. Remove one of your adsense resources. Too many will turn people off and make them think it is a spam site. I would recommend keeping the footer.

4. Add rollovers to each state. You will need to slice the USA in Photoshop or Imageready or whatever, or create an image map in HTML. This is called "user friendly". ;)

5. Navigation goes on the left. No if's ands or buts about it. We are in America. We read left to right. Google the usability about this, you will see this is fact.

6. Add a drop down , or a search text field so user does not have to "find" their state out of 50. Again, usabillity.

7. Keep your HOVER ( rollovers ) consistent. For instance, when you rollover the links in the footer, they enlarge the text and expand the element. Try using a fixed width to avoid this unpleasing effect.

8. Don't use all CAPS on your pages. The contact us page is screaming "NAME EMAIL" , etc. Be gentle. "Ask" your users, don't yell at them.

9. On the Add Site page, add a magin or padding to the center portion of your site. Your text is right up against the left hand border. Looks amateurish ( no offense intended ). Use CSS to accomplish this. Again, refer to www.w3schools.com to learn how to add CSS margins and padding.

and finally...

Number 10:

Whatever you decide the header to be, make it always link to the home page.

Make those changes and you are well on your way to a nice looking and functional site.

Questions about "To Kill A Mockingbird"?

If Mrs. Dubose was a morphine addict and wanted to die not being high on it, why did she call Jem to read to her even though the book mentions that she didn't pay attention to a single word? Why does Atticus say that he would have sent Jem to read to Mrs. Dubose anyways? What was the significance of the alarm clock? And the camelia she sent Jem after dying? Why did Jem consider her a 'lady'? Why did she die "concious and cantankerous"? What does this whole thing mean? Some one please help!!

Questions about "To Kill A Mockingbird"?
She might not have listened to a word her said but it kept her off of the morphine. each day she set her alarm clock longer and longer until the day she died the alarm clock didn't ring. when the alarm clock rang she would go into a fit and have to have the morphine. she died a lady to jem bc she managed to beat an addiction. few people ever mangaged to do that in thier life.
Reply:The best way to understand and appreciate a book (gain insight) is to savor reading it. Here are some sample reviews from people who know how to.

It may help if you watched the movie starring Gregory Peck (1962).

The book came in 1960.

In 1961, it won a Pulitzer Prize

Review Summary of To Kill A Mockingbird

Haper Lee's semi autobiographical Pulitzer prize winner is a superb account of bigotry and injustice set in 1930's Alabama.

Becky Palmer, Resident Scholar

This 1961 Pulitzer Prize winning book makes you wish that Harper Lee had published other books, but if you're only going to publish one, To Kill A Mockingbird sure is the way to go. Told through the eyes of Jean Louise Finch, better known as Scout, the story is basically a study of racial prejudice in the South before the Civil Rights era. It is a well-plotted story with lots of action, but what makes it so special is the brilliant characterization. Once you meet Scout Finch, her brother Jem, and her father Atticus Finch who is the unsung hero of the novel, you will never forget them. A book worthy of the "Classic" label it has been given.

Bill Brumlow, Resident Scholar

To Kill a Mockingbird is one of the best accounts of the hysteria that racial hatred and false accusations could create in the deep South prior to the 1980s. The tireless efforts of Atticus to save the falsely accused black man are set in a tone to draw the reader into sympathy, surprisingly, with both the victim and his accusers. A classic that deserves the title.

Kelly Whiting, Resident Scholar

Scout and her brother Jem are just playful kids when their father is assigned to the case of a black man raping a white woman. They had never been affected by one of Atticus' cases before, and are surprised to have this one impact their lives. And, though Scout is growing up enough to realize the labels society places on people of different race and social status--and enough to have her aunt scolding her about her tomboyish behvior, she learns a lot more about life when this case comes about.

Sarrah, Resident Scholar

A girl and her brother go through their youth being kids but discover a new friend and try to understand and right injustices. They learn something new about other people in town as well as the justice system and their new friend.

Yasmin Miranda, Resident Scholar

To Kill A Mockingbird is a story of awakening - awakening to a not so perfect world. The narrator, six year old Jean Louise Finch (Scout) lives in a world that is shattered by her realization that racism and class discrimination are rampant in her town and will effect her family. Her lawyer father, Atticus seems to be one of the few righteous inhabitants of Maycomb and sets about defending a black man charged with a crime he did not commit.

Shel, Resident Scholar

Scout and her brother Jem wittness first hand that the world isn't always fair when their father defends a black man for a crime he didn't commit. Throughout the book, Scout and Jem both grow as individuals.

Kristian Herron, Resident Scholar

The novel is about three years in the life of the Finch family: Atticus and his son Jem and daughter Scout. They live in the town of Maycomb in Alabama, where whites are in control and blacks are second-class citizens.

Atticus is a lawyer and the central incident of the novel is when he defends a black man, Tom Robinson, against the charge of raping a white girl.

Two children, Scout and Jem Finch are dragged into a racial battle with their father. Their father, Atticus Finch defends a black man in court. The black man is accused of raping a white girl. This event in fact never happened. The black man, Tom Robinson was shot to death in prison before his final trial. This does not stop the attacks on the Finch Family. The two children are attacked on there way home from an evening school function, and Jem sustained serious arm injury.

To Kill A Mockingbird is told through the eyes of a six-year-old tomboy named Scout Finch. Her father, Atticus, is an attorney- at- law and defends a black man named Tom Robinson, who is accused of raping a white young woman. Atticus is an extraordinary lawyer, and the verdict is very surprising.

This plot, however, is not the only action happening in the novel. Down the street from Scout and her older brother jem, lives the Radleys. Arthur(Boo) Radley got in trouble with the law at a young age and has not been seen outside of his house since. The children are very curious about his man, and try various techniques to get him to come out.

Kristina Murray, Resident Scholar

The story Begins as Jean-Louise Finch or "Scout" for short, begins

recounting the events in her childhood which eventually led up to her older brother Jem's broken arm. Scout lives with her brother Jem, her widowed father Atticus (a lawyer) and their African-American nanny Calpurnia in the quite county of Maycomb, Alabama. It is the middle of the great depression, yet in comparaison to others, they're doing considerabley well. One summer Jem and Scout meet a boy named Dill, a visitor from out of town, and with his company they go on great adventures and pick up a new fascination with an old, spooky house down the street called the Radley place, but more specifically....a fascination with an odd character that dwells inside.

Finally, controversy hits the sleepy town of Maycomb. Even through the pro-white protest, Atticus, Scout's father, accepts to defend local black man Tom Robinson, accused of raping Mayella Ewell. Mayella Ewell is the daughter of Bob Ewell, a very simple man with a less than respectable reputation. The trial isn't the only event rocking maycomb though. A potential murder and a strange encounter follow closely behind.

Reply:There were multiple reasons for Jem's reading to Mrs. Dubois. They include:

1. His reading distracted her for ever longer periods of time from the agony of withdrawal. At first she heard little, but later more and more.

2. Jem learned the importance of

a. Helping your fellow human beings compassionately.

b. The horror of addiction.

3. etc., etc.

Understand this portion of the book comes from understand the theme of the entire book. That can be succinctly stated at the very end when Scout stands on Boo Radley's porch and looking at her neighborhood from his vantage point, understands a bit more about him.

This book is about empathy, understanding, love and acceptance. It is about the idea that we cannot understand another human being (and/or love them?) until we have walked a mile in their shoes.

Hope this helps you get an A.

Mrs. Dubose

The bitter tongued, garrulous old neighbor of Atticus, who presents herself as an irritating and corrosive woman to the children, but who really is a very strong-willed and considerate person.

Good luck.

Reply:Jem read to her to keep her mind off the pain. Atticus was a good man who felt that the company would do Mrs. Dubose good even if she was only going to die. No idea about the alarm clock as it has been too many years since I read it.
Reply:It was to teach Jem a lesson for cutting down her flowers, whether she listened to him or not, and Atticus also wanted to instill dicipline and to face his own consequences. Having someone beside her eased her pain, and perhaps allowed her to drift off into her own thoughts.

Some of your questions cannot be answered with a "becuase xxx" answer. Although Harper Lee knew, to the rest of us, it's open to interpretation.

How did you see the significance of the alarm clock? Why would Mrs Dubose send Jem a flower that she knew he hated after she died? It will really only make sense when you asnwer these questions yourself, and these events will also have provide understanding for what happens later in the book, during and after the trial.

What can make my hair gow faster?

I found out that japanese golden camelia oil does.Is that true and if not what can i take that will make my hair grow fast.

What can make my hair gow faster?
I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.

GNC makes a tablet called "Ultra Nourishair" in formulas for men and women, the pills are taken daily, 2 pills a day. They are HUGE and very hard to swallow, if you have any trouble at all with large tablets, then I wouldn't recommend these. The 2 pills also contain only 1200 micrograms total of Biotin, which is the main supplement needed for hair to grow faster and stronger. You should try to get a minimum of 2500 micrograms of Biotin daily to improve hair's rate of growth and its condition.

ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that

http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro...

This is in capsule form and much easier to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.

I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.

The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.

My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.

The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.......
Reply:Your hair grows at 1/2 inch a month, nothing will change that.
Reply:The diet pill NV
Reply:Biotin really helps.
Reply:I heard prenatal vitamins helps hair and nails grow fast because of the folic acid. But to get healthy long hair, wash, condition, and keep ends trimmed. Avoid alot of heat and try using ceramic irons to curl or straighten hair(causes less damage).
Reply:don't take pre natal pills, that will just mess your hoimeones up. get a haircut
Reply:Prenatal vitamins does the trick..it also makes your nails longer, and stronger too.....so your in luck!
Reply:ok seriously. use horse shampoo. trust me on this. it makes it grown twice as fast!!
Reply:Nothing. You can't change the rate of growth. It's like wrinkles- once a wrinkle is there, it's there forever. You can do things to make it less noticeable, but it will be there once you stop whatever process you are using.

Hair grows on average a half inch a month. You can try things like volumizing shampoos/conditioners to make it look thicker and longer, and some vitamins may help it look healthier. Regular trimming removes damaged and split ends, making it look smoother, thus longer. That's probably what the camella oil is doing.
Reply:nair for men-- shampoo your hair with it and it will grow back in a jiffy
Reply:I've never heard of it, but I would try it too. you can take prenatal vitamins or go to wallgreens or rite aid and get hair skin and nail vitamins it's a dark brown bottle with a purple label in the womens health section. i've tried them, they work, they also make your finger nails stronger.
Reply:prenatal pills
Reply:The best way to make your hair grow faster is to stimulate the hair roots. Massage your finger tips, the soft part on the opposite side of your finger from the nail, on your scalp all over. Really rub good, everday, best before you go to sleep. Your hair will grow.

Do u know the series gata salvaje? What do you think of it?
Gata Salvaje lasted from 2002 to 2003, with a run of 252 episodes. Here's what I could find about the plot of the show:

Summary of Gata Salvaje

Gata Salvaje is a story of a young and poor Rosaura who has to fight hard to get back her happiness. She falls in love with Luis Mario, the heir of a wealthy Arismendi family. They get married, but Eduarda, Luis Mario's sister, and Eva, an evil woman obsessed with Luis Mario, do everything to separate them and finally reach their goal. Later Rosaura inherits the fortune of her Grandmother and becomes rich herself. Now she will use her money and power to get a revenge and destroy everybody who made her suffer in the past. But soon Rosaura discovers that trying to take revenge of everyone else was a bad idea, since she lost her second child, as well as the first one. After living in the house that now belongs to her evil husband, Patricio, Rosaura decides that once she find her missing daughter, she and Sylvano, another man who is in love with Rosaura, will get married and go somewhere else. Patricio, who is obsessed with Rosaura, now has to give back the baby girl that Rosaura has been caring for all along in order for Rosaura to stay. The father of the baby is Luis Mario, who just freed himself from Maribella, who had been pretending she was blind in order to have Luis Maria married to her. Everyone waits in anticipation waiting for the right donor for Rosaura's sister, Karina, who has a deadly disease and is about to die. Calidad, the house maid to the Arizmendis, has been run over by Eduarda, yet everyone only has suspicions that it was her. There are still many secrets that must be revealed, including the fact that Camelia, Patricio's lover, is actually Patricio's wife, therefore making it as though the marriage between he and Rosaura never happened. Also, it still needs to be proven that Eduarda and Eva killed Rosaura's unborn first child and Rosaura's father.

"Gata Salvaje" is a remake of telenovela "La Gata Salvaje" (Venezuela) with Rosalinda Serfaty and Eduardo Luna which has never been aired.

Can someone tell me about prince charles, camillia and princess diana?

i mean foe how long the affair between charles and camillia when on ?? how did prince charles treated princess diana .. did charles know camelia first or diana

Can someone tell me about prince charles, camillia and princess diana?
Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles have been in love for many, many years before the then Princess Diana.

Even after his marriage to Diana, he still kept in contact with Camilla.

After Diana passed away, Charles married Camilla and live happily ever after.

They should have married each other from the very beginning!!!
Reply:Charles was really close to Camilla first but she wasn't a very suitable wife coz she's no virgin, yadda, yadda, yadda, so Charles had to marry Diana but still continued having an affair with Camilla. I think Prince Charles treated Diana civilly, not too lovey-dovey considering that their marriage was political.
Reply:Well here might be a website tht is of interest to you.

http://www.theinternetforum.net/royalfor...
Reply:Prince Charles new Camilla well before he knew Diana. He wanted to marry her a long time ago too, but she wasn't suitable, meaning she had no royal lineage. Then she married someone and that really put a damper on it. So he ended up with Diana. Though he still carried on an affair with Camilla.
Reply:the tabloids say for 3-4 years before he even met Di; poor girl. Bloody bloak of a husband....lol
Reply:Thew truth of the matter is that Charles couldn't marry Camilla 30 years ago because she had a history. In other words, she wasn't a virgin. When Camilla married her ex-Husband, Andrew Parker-Bowles, Prince Charles was out at sea with the royal Navy, but was made their son's Tom's godfather. Camilla's great-grandmother was Charles's great-gradfather's mistress. In fact recently he bought her a necklace that once was given to her g-grandma from his g-grandfather. It is true that their affair continued throughout both of their marriages.

One thing I wish would stop happening is the rumor that Charles had anything to do with Diana's death, Besides it being completely untrue, it is just heinous to say that. Despite whatever happened between them in their marriage, Charles would never had done anything like that to the mother of his sons,

Charles know Camilla first, though by her family being aristocratic, Diana was around the royals alot. In fact by them being so close in age, Diana, and princes Andrew and Edward used to play together when the royals would go to their country house, Sandringham. Sandringham is not far from the Spencer ancestorial home, Althrope.

It was actually the Queen Mum {Charles's grandmother} and Diana's maternal grandmother , Lady Fermoy who set the marriage ball rolling.
Reply:Prince Charles and Camilla started their relationship in the 1970's. It stopped, SUPPOSEDLY for the first 4 years of the marriage of Charles and Diana. Between the birth of William and Henry (Harry) it was resumed.

Altogether, they have now been in a relationship almost 30 years. Charles and Diana were neighbors at Sandringham and the Earl (Count's) Spencers family home. So they too have known of each other for some time as family friends.
Reply:he had her killed
Reply:hi im bob
Reply:It just a sad story with (maybe) a happy ending which happened everyday on common people as well.
Reply:Charles and Camilla have known each other for over 30 years. I think that he tried to make the marriage work but it just wasn't to be. Sadly all three of them went thru hell during the marriage and the aftermath has to have been brutal on Camilla.
Reply:Diana's dream turned into a nightmare, day after day, the exposure of her private telephone conversation with a male friend, James Gilby, whose shoulder she cried on, as a result of Charles' adulterous relationship with Camilla Parker Bowles, a Brigadier's wife, and a tape recording of Prince Charles with Camilla where Charles' oral canoodings drove her to more and more confusion, and humiliation particularly when the whole episode became public through the news media. Despite her world-wide image of being ' blissfully happy' and thrilled with her new royal life, Princess Diana suffered in silence, both emotionally, as a result of breaking up of her marriage.

Also about how long i can continue giving these pain relieving medicines..

Teething Pain for more than 2 weeks?
i give my son childrens motrin once in the am and once in the pm before bed.. we also use orajel and i let him chew on a very cold washcloth during the day. i will wet it and put it in the freezer for 15-20 min. it seems to keep him happy. he doesnt like teething rings too much. i know she is too old for baby food..but what about mash potatoes or baby yogurt? or maybe even a little ice cream to keep her mouth cool??
Reply:Don't forget the frozen waffles. They are a life saver. They eat and get relief. Report It

Reply:my son started teething at 4 months, and just got teeth at 8/9 months.. It can go on for a long time.. you just need to comfort, console and take care of the baby.. use teething tablets, some pain relievers, and teething toys.. Baby Orajel too
Reply:teething pain and discomfort varies from child to child to child . As far as a pain relive i would suggest teething tablets they are natural and have no side effects. i purchase them in the vitamin section of Wal-mart pharmacy. they hare made by homeopathic. Hyland's is the brand name. good luck. they help my son also 19 months considerably
Reply:it's ok... she's teething.... it's normal

How do you propagate Camelias?

I would like to get some cuttings from a friend's camelia if it can be rooted somehow.

How do you propagate Camelias?
We take cuttings in July - we let the spring growth get mature enough to root without rotting. I take a 3-4 inch cutting and strip all the leaves off EXCEPT the top two. I use Rootone F powder to ensure that the cutting roots and does not rot. You can also use Hormodin powder or liquid. For my soil, I use a mixture of finely ground pinebark and sand. Make a small hole for the cutting so you do not rub the Rootone off when you plant it. I would use a small pot and keep the cuttings in the shade and moist, especially the foiliage. You can set your new CAMELLIA plant out in your yard the following spring. Remember, they like shade, well-drained soil and acid.

Anyone who knows El Tigre Del Norte guess this song?
LOS TIGRES DEL NORTE

Contrabando Y Traición

Salierón de San Isidro,

procedentes de Tijuana

traían las llantas del carro

repletas de hierba mala

eran Emilio Varela,

y Camelia, la Texana

Pasaron por San Clemente

los paró la emigración

les pidió sus documentos

les dijó: "¿De donde son?"

ella era de San Antonio,

un hembra de corazón

Un hembra si quiere un hombre

por el puede dar la vida

pero hay que tener cuidado

si esa hembra se siente herida,

la traición y el contrabando

son cosas incompartidas.

A Los Angeles llegarón

a Hollywood se pasaron

en un callejón oscuro

las cuatro llantas cambiarón

ahí entregarón la hierba,

y ahí también les pagarón

Emilio dice a Camelia

"Hoy te das por despedida,

con la parte que te toca,

tu puedes rezar tu vida

yo me voy para San Francisco

con la dueña de mi vida"

Sonarón siete balazos,

Camelia a Emilio mataba

en un callejón oscuro

sin que se supiera nada

Del dinero y de Camelia

Nunca más se supo nada.

No, I never heard that anyone got paid for participating in yahoo answers, you just recieve points as a rewards, as well as the pleasure of helping others.

i could do with the money right now!
Reply:Not that I'm aware of.
Reply:Nope you don't get any money or vouchers...

You need points to ask questions. And you can earn your points back by giving great answers to other people's questions. So get started building your reputation now and show the world what you have to offer.
Reply:NO YOU DONT, JUST THE KNOWLEDGE OF HAVING HELPED SOMEONE.
Reply:lol ... we wish Cam ... some of us would be filthy rich by now!!
Reply:I wish
Reply:Camelia:

No that is not correct. The whole idea of the points is that people don't just come here to make questions. It is sort of a way to make people participate and then for those that do, get in the rankings for having a good answer written. For example, after you go an flag my answer as the best (no doubt about it), then my points will grow but, nothing happens to your total.

Points are deducted from your total when you ask questions.

There are some sites that would pay such as justanswers.com and I think also chacha.com. Not sure how they work but you can take a look at them.
Reply:As I am new to yahoo answers I don't know the answer to your question ,but i should not think so. Marilyn

Reply:They pay you zilch.

Reply:someone is lying to you , you do not get paid anything

How do I plant a cutting and make it grow?

I have taken a cutting of a camelia belonging to a family member (with their permission) and would like to know how I can plant it and get it to grow. I live in Sydney, and winter is on it's way!

Would it be acceptable to use the dirt from my backyard, or should I buy special potting mix? Is there anything that encourages a cutting to take root, or will it be fine just to stick it in a pot of dirt and water it?

How do I plant a cutting and make it grow?
http://www.greengold.com.au/greengold/CA...

try this link. Alot of great info
Reply:Camelia japonica - you can propagate these shrubs with several methods. Perhaps the easiest method is the natural one where a branch or shoot is bent over so that it makes contact with the ground. Place a heavy stone on the branch making sure that a node on the stem is making contact with the soil. The node is the place that sprouts leaves along the stem and sprouts roots when that node is in contact for an extended period with the bare soil. You must pin the node to the ground and leave it undisturbed for the growing season and sometimes longer. When the roots have established themselves the stem can be cut with a sharp nippers and you essentially have a new plant. This method of layer works well with many woody plants as long as you have the patience to wait for the roots to grow. Cuttings, at around 3" long, can be planted in the greenhouse or cold frame in the summer. In Australia you can probably put them in the cold frame for the winter if you have little or no frost. Often cuttings are prepared before planting with a sharp knife cutting the stem at an angle straight through a leaf node, then the new cut is dipped in rooting hormone powder (purchase this product from your garden centre) then planted in the soil. Often cuttings are planted in a growing medium of vermiculite, peat moss, and potting soil mixture. It is essential the cuttings don't dry out, so keep the soil moist and in the case of soft plant cuttings keep a plastic bag around the pot and plant until the roots develop.
Reply:u first need to put it in a glass of water till it sprouts roots before you plant it. u can by a root gel thatl help them start better but water will work fine to. after you hav good roots coming out then u can plant it
Reply:You need a root hormone-I use "Rootone" and it is hard to get somethings to root. You need to shave the bark off at the bottom if there is any dip the exposed area in root horomone and put it in a small container with dirt (any should be Ok) but keep it inside and moist. It will look dead but actually it will make the leaves die to conserve the nutrients for itself. To be honest I think you should have taken a piece of the root-it is SO much easieer to get growing!
Reply:you can do 1 method that is grafting.
Reply:u can put it water until the roots are stronger and longer and then put it in a pot with soil. the plant doesn't need soil to grow though.

Why are questions closed for new answers?

I am just asking because I really need to answer the question concerning the Camelia International scam. People beware! This is a scam. I, unfortunately, am the victim of such. I recieved a check in the mail for $4,500.00. I, like many others out there am not a total skeptic and though I thought it weird, I deposited the check into my account. After the 5 day waiting period the check was returned to my bank as counterfeit. When I tried to reach my initial contact, MICHEAL PETERSON, and advise him of the status of the "First Donation", his reply was that he was terminating me and that they have stopped the check. "Stopped the check?" Like he had a choice. Someone needs to stop him and his "company" from forwarding falsified documents. Someone needs to warn others not to fall for "fast cash", "work from home", "your time for money" schemes that are thrown to us on a daily basis. I guess that I am that someone. Fool me once...Shame on you, Fool me twice...Shame on Me.

Why are questions closed for new answers?
Thank you for sharing. That was very nice of you. I m sorry that you were being scammed though. Good luck next time. Don't give up! Mistakes do happen on the way to success.

Can the proximity of an open bottomed compost bin cause damage to nearby plants and trees?

My plum tree (healthy until the compost was placed nearby), my camelia, and even some nasturtiums have become very unhealthy, the camelia nearly dead, the plum with dying branches. Even the nasturtiums have failed to thrive. Could this be caused by an imbalance in the soil due to leeching from the compost? I have moved the bin, and the camelia, but the tree looks very ill. What can I do to correct the soil if this is in fact so, and if not, any ideas what could be causing this? A neighbour's lilac tree also died this spring, only feet from this bin. It is normal garden and kitchen waste. Help please!!

Can the proximity of an open bottomed compost bin cause damage to nearby plants and trees?
Maybe if it has some diseases in it, but normally no, it would help by giving the soil some of the nutrient and minerals lost used plants grow
Reply:Could be that the plants you wish to encourage are being upset by a change in Ph (acidity / alkalinity) due to the effect of the composting .... or it could be something else like drought or a leaking sewer. Determine the soil types and environment that your plants prefer. A soil testing kit might provide some clues or, empirically, try moving the compost bin and observe the results.
Reply:hmmm lets think logically here..you are composting household waste to use on your garden and you think it is already killing/making sick the plants nearby? I think it is likely your cause of sickness is something else! Maybe a cat's urine.....or something in the soil already?? I would take a soil sample down to your friendly gardening centre. Explain to one of them..I don't mean one of your high street ones..like B%26amp;Q I mean a real good old fashioned family type one where people know what they are talking about. If you are really worried it may be something coming up through the soil check with environmental health...it may be something to do with what is way down under your estate......maybe the waters/floods have brought something nasty to the surface???
Reply:This is most unusual unless you are putting something else in the compost bin to help it break down
Reply:I am no expert but I think open bottomed compost bins are not good in close proximity to any plant as the soil in the near area becomes very rich and causes plants to die . I have heard of this before , you need to get some concrete paving under your bin
Reply:if the pile is close enuff and big enuff, it could be the heat from it's 'cooking' or it's deep enuff to have cut off the oxygen available thru the soil surface to the plants..... move the pile....
Reply:I am sorry to read about your trees etc I have used one for many years with no effects on the plants and shrubs hiding it.

A thought is that if they did affect plants and shrubs they would'nt be so popular or given away by local councils
Reply:if you havent put some kind of chemical in the bin it should rot down ok without any danger to outside plants.

Does any one know how to root a cutting from a camelia tree? Or can you plant the seed that comes off the tree

Air layering a green branch.. Cut a notch half way into a green branch wrap it with something to hold water -- peat moss is popular then wrap the peat moss with clear plastic wrap to hold the moisture in. if all goes well in 4 weeks roots will develope there at the notch and you can cut the branch off roots and all and plant it.

Desert loving in your eyes all the way.

If I listen to your lies would you say

I'm a man without conviction,

I'm a man who doesn't know

how to sell a contradiction.

You come and go, you come and go.

Karma karma karma karma karma chameleon,

you come and go, you come and go.

Loving would be easy if your colours were like my dream,

red gold and green, red gold and green.

Don't hear your wicked words every day

and you used to be so sweet, I heard you say

that my love was an addiction.

When we cling our love is strong.

When you go you're gone forever.

You string along, you string along.

Karma karma karma karma karma chameleon,

you come and go, you come and go.

Loving would be easy if your colours were like my dream,

red gold and green, red gold and green.

Every day is like survival,

you're my lover, not my rival.

I have a small apple type growth on my camelia, can anyone tell me what it is please?

Could it be a flower bud?

I have a small apple type growth on my camelia, can anyone tell me what it is please?
If it isn't a flower bud I've checked my gardening manuals and I can't find what else it can be. Report It

Reply:It could be a fungal disease which produces small swellings called gall's. It depends on the area it is growing and if it is growing on any other stem, gall's normally group and are typically powdery and misshapen. look at the health and vigour of the plant overall and if it looks like the leaves in the area of these swellings are withered or mottled, remove with secateurs and burn the debris. Don't forget to sterilise your tools after cutting diseased material as it can be transferred from plant to plant on the blade.
Reply:i had those too think they are seed pods.some plants have a few ways of reproducing.
Reply:shouldn't this be in womens health?

When is the best time to trim a camelia?

Always after flowering. Camellia does not flower on new season wood - so to ensure that you get flowers again the season after pruning, you need to get the pruning done in time to allow for the new growth after pruning to mature sufficiently for flower bud to form in the leaf axils.

Prune back ranging from pinching out tips up to about 1/3 of the length of the branches taking into consideration the shape of the plant and if you want the overall shape to be higher or rounder or if it is part of an informal shrub border - to maintain it's informal character.

A harder pruning than 1/3 of its size will potentially result in no flowers the following season.

With young plants (planted this past season OR that is less than 1meter in height OR has less than 3 good quality main upright and generally upwards growing branches) - just pinch out the flowers and the growing tips of each branch to encourage lateral growth.

Always mulch after pruning - 50mm thick with leaf mould to which at least 1/3 of pine tree leaf mould has been added OR use mulch/compost for Acid Loving plants. Pine Bark compost is also a good option. The Mulch should extend from the stem to the edge of the canopy circumference (drip zone) of the plant. Water with Iron Chelate if you notice some yellowing leaves or a generally lack lustre growth. [Products such as Sequestrene Plant Tonic would do]

When is the best time to trim a camelia?
Prune a camellia after it has finished blooming. Remove any dead branches, as well as any branches that point toward the center rather than toward the outside of the plant.
Reply:As usual,after flowering,If it is a sansanqua,you can go hard...But if it is a japonica,go a little softer..Beware of a sudden heat wave,especially in the case of the japonica.
Reply:Weak, damaged and unwanted branches can be trimmed off at the end of May.
Reply:Most flowering shrubs, and Camellia is one of them, are best pruned right after they have bloomed. If you have damaged or diseased branches on your shrub, you should prune them as needed. If you prune too much, you may limit or prevent next years flowers, so be judicious when you prune and only prune any branches that are a problem.

Remember to sterilize your pruners with a solution of bleach and water, when you do prune, to eliminate the spread of any disease or fungus as you prune. (To make up a sterilizing solution, mix 1 oz. of bleach with one gallon of water. You can place this solution in a smaller container, but clearly mark the container. Dispose of any excess solution when finished.) Just dip the tips of the pruners in the solution and whip dry with clean cloth or rag.. Dispose of any diseased branches with your other garden waste. Branches not diseased or infested with pests, may be composted.

Has anyone ever tried to root a Camelia from a cutting and if so how would you do it?

Layering is the best method but a cutting from a camelia is very easy, but it takes a few months to root..You simply cut off a top at a angle below a node..and put root harmone on it..then stick it in the soil..it will root in time..I have one going now...

Mix Chinese hot mustard with water and spray on the leaves. You have to redo every week or so and after it rains, but it keeps anything from eating your plants.
Reply:gun, traps, dog. any thing to make they get out of you way.
Reply:most animals will stay away if you put pepper on its leaves, but you have to keep pepper on it at all times.

How to determine the age of a camelia plant?

That is very hard to answer as each Species of Camellia grow at different rates, depending whether its a Camellia Japonica(larger leafed variety, or Camellia Sassanqua(small leafed variety)

There are also growing conditions to take into account.

How to determine the age of a camelia plant?
Find out what the yearly growth rate is then measure the height of the plant and divide by the rate.

I am looking for websites for Camelia International Organization. Do you know anything about them ?

was curious and at first thought it was legit. I filled out the Contractor agreement and faxed to the toll free number. After I did that i started to think about it more and it seemed very suspicious. This job seemed too easy to get. Soon I got an e-mail from Michael Peterson stating that i will recieve my first donation in the mail. I then recieved a $4,500 cashier's check in the mail drawn off of "First Bank" Austin, Texas. The check was delivered to my door via Express mail through the local post office. The address showing were it came from showed a P.O Box in Denver Colorado. Okay! The website states that they are located in the Netherlands. Where does Colorado fit in? Also why is this check from a bank in Austin, Texas. This is just too fishy. it doesn't make sense to me. I am afraid to get involed at this point. There isn't even a phone# to call or a physical address. What makes it worse is how do you just send me a check in my name and ask me to deposit it into my personal bank account then contact you when the funds are avaliable so you can give me instructions on who to send the funds to? You don't know anything about me. No one even attempted to do any kind of interview to find out either. And why don't you send the funds directly to the families you are donating to? Why waste time an dmoney mailing checks all over from city to city then paying to Western Union the funds? Where do donations processors fit in? This is all too weird. I tried locating First Bank and there were no matches in Austin.

I am going to return the check to where it was sent from and also file an investigative report through the Better Business Bureau on legitimate charities.

I also found a web address that uses similiar information found on cameliahome.org called elynahome.com

I am looking for websites for Camelia International Organization. Do you know anything about them ?
i was not able to find anything on this "nonprofit" organization when searching for the charity company or the person who email spammed me.

after this research i am a little leary and here is some reasons for that:

1) found out the website was registered 23feb06, so it' fairly new, and offshore in a different country than the organization is located

2) google searches did turn up anything that i could find.. if this were truly a worthy legit cause, wouldn't there be more press??

3) jobs section: (a) has generic job descriptions and when trying to view more details on the position, you are taken to a blank form where you complete your information rather than being provided more details about the position (b) if you want to mail in your resume, it would need to be mailed to an international PO Box, which seems odd for a company: not sure if that's an international thing or not. also, if you want to fax it, you are provided a toll free number, which are only good in the US (c) an international organization that only has job openings in NY is a little suspicious (d) on the job details/application page, i didn't complete any details and clicked 'Submit' at the bottom. what SHOULD happen is that an error message would be seen stating some information is mandatory, LIKE YOUR NAME, but the form said it was submitted without any content... it appears to me like there is no one looking at these applications thus there are no jobs so can this really be legitimate?

in short, this is very suspicious and i would not recommend getting involved at this point... be very cautious about providing them any of your personal infomation!

Why do my gardenia and camelia flowers turn brown in under a day!?

Hi my gardenia flowers sometimes are black as buds.. then open blacj... if there are white ones, they turn black in a day... and some of my other plants are becomng black stemmed and leaves are falling off... does anyone know why?!??!??! I use seasol on all my plants. The magnolia is the worst.. the black has crept all over the miniture tree and there is only about 10cm of green stalk left on it.. can i save it still!??!

Why do my gardenia and camelia flowers turn brown in under a day!?
It sounds like you have a sooty mould on your plants. Try spraying with white oil to kill the mould then give a good hose to wash the mould off. Gardenias are likely to turn brown very quickly if it is windy or if the flower is touched which is one downside of them but theit perfume is well worth the effort. Your camelia could be suffering the same problem and yes sooty mould does travel from one plant to the other so treat all your plants with the white oil as it is about the safest for all plants and should be sprayed at the first sign of it. Just as a matter of interest my Dad used to throw the soapy water over his gardinias many years ago and he had the most beautiful blooms I have ever seen.
Reply:You need a specialist.... if you use a garden center-- make sure you know the person's ability-- see if you can get a master Gardener, or a university or horticulture group.

As an amateur, you have some sort of blight.-- an expert will need your location and conditions. don't wait longer.

good luck
